Return & Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-return policy unless:

 

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product received is incorrect.

 

 

Replacements/refunds will only be processed if:

 

  • You provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage/issue.
  • The product is unused and in original packaging.
  • The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

 

 

Products that cannot be returned:

 

  • Installed electrical items.
  • Customised or made-to-order items.
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or mishandling by customer/electrician.
